Devin Haney record: Career fight results, stats, titles, highlights – dazn.com

He's the reigning undisputed lightweight champion of the world.
Devin Haney is living out his in-ring moniker of "The Dream."
At 24-years-old, he's already the undisputed lightweight champion of the world and has built a reputation for being one of the most-effective boxers in the sport.
Having already competed in stellar fights, the headlining spots and his dancing partners attached to them are bound to only get bigger for Haney.
That being said, DAZN takes a look at Haney's record and accomplishments to date.
Devin Haney sports a spotless 30-0 professional record with half of those victories coming by the way of knockout.
Haney is the reigning undisputed lightweight world champion, having held the WBC title the longest — since September 2019. He claimed the other three major world titles of the division in the WBA, WBO and IBF last year.

Haney calmly asserted his jab and then opened up his offense fully, putting a thorough beating on Zaur Abdullaev toward a facial fracture and fourth-round stoppage to become the WBC interim lightweight champion. He was later elevated to WBC lightweight champion, period, shedding the interim tag. Just like that, Haney became boxing's youngest world champion at the time.

In Jorge Linares, Haney was up against a former three-division world champion. And for the most part, he took it to the veteran, depositing shots to the body and upstairs seemingly whenever and how ever he wanted to, and with plenty of pop.
But Linares ended that momentum during the waning seconds of the 10th round, when he caught Haney with an electric right-left combination to the head to wobble the WBC titleholder badly. Still, Haney survived that scare and managed to stay upright en route to another unanimous decision victory. Another points win would follow in December over Joseph Diaz.

George Kambosos Jr. had just shocked the boxing world by upsetting Teofimo Lopez by split decision to become the new unified world lightweight champion in November 2021. His first title defense? At home in Australia against none other than Devin Haney.
And the then-23-year-old made sure to make it "The Dream" for himself by using his boxing skills to outpoint and outclass Kambosos toward a unanimous decision victory, making Haney both the youngest undisputed world champion and first undisputed lightweight world champ in the modern four-belt era. A rematch would follow four months later and Haney would win again by UD — by even a larger margin.
Haney started his sternest test against Vasiliy Lomachencko, a three-division world champion, with the hot hand as he repeatedly found a home with a right hook to the body early and during the middle rounds. But about midway through the fight and especially during the bout's latter rounds, Lomachenko adjusted enough to place his punches with pinpoint accuracy. By the end of the bout, all three judges saw it for Haney. (DAZN scored it a 114-114 draw).
Haney picked up his second defense of the undisputed crown and improved to 30-0 — albeit with his biggest, but also most controversial win to date.

In a lightweight special feature, 19-year-old southpaw Abdullah Mason (9-0, 8 KOs) impressively knocked out Alex de Oliveira (20-5, 14 KOs) in the second round. Time was 2:18.
Unbeaten junior wlterweight Tiger Johnson (9-0, 5 KOs) defeated Jonathan Montrel (15-2, 10 KOs) by UD (80-72, 80-72, 80-72) over eight rounds.
Dante Benjamin Jr. (7-0, 5 KOs) exploded out of the gate to score a knockdown, then get a stoppage right after his opponent, Mirady Zola got up.  The light heavyweight contest ended with the TKO at the 1:56 mark of the first round.  The loss drops Zola to (4-3, 1 KO).
Super middleweight DeAndre Ware (16-4-2, 9 KOs) won by six round unanimous decision (58-56, 59-55, 59-55) over Decarlo Perez (19-9-1, 6 KOs).
Rance Ward touched leather to the face of fellow junior middleweight Husam Al Mashhadi, often, over six rounds. Ward appeared fresh and was able to walk Mashhadi down during the six rounds to take the majority decision (57-57, 58-56, 59-55) victory and improve to (8-5-1, 2 KOs). Meanwhile, it’s back to the drawing board for Mashhadi (6-1, 6 KOs), who suffered his first loss.
Junior Middleweight Nicklaus Flaz (11-2, 7 KOs) won a close fight by majority decision (76-76, 78-74, 77-75) over previously unbeaten Jahi Tucker (10-1, 5 KOs). The fight, which went all eight rounds, had moments where both fighters showed some ability to throw combinations.
Junior Lightweight Tyler McCreary (18-2-1, 8KOs) got the hometown crowd excited by landing strong left hooks to the body, left hooks to the head, and a strong right cross to his opponent, Deivi Julio (26-14, 16 KOs). Julio, who fought hard, did not have enough to sway the judges. The judges all saw the fight in favor of McCreary (59-54, 57-56, 57-56).
Why isnt this garbage on TV anywhere??
It’s on ESPN+
de Oliveira was embarrassing. Just stood there smiling and waiting to be hit. The ref literally had to tell him to fight back in round 1.
As boxing fans we’re all used to shocking mismatches… but ESPN take it to a new level.
I will keep an eye on Mason and see what develops for him.
